I think he'd start by preparing the gas tank in a fava bean salad. The opening wine would undoubtedly be a Chianti Classico or Chianti Riserva.
Next up would be the wiring, lights, and ECU ground in with almond flour, oriental dried fruit, acacia honey to produce a lovely sweetbread.
The main course, of course, would be the engine. I'm thinking a stew would be best; overnight at a very low heat to cook the toughness out of it. Mix in your favorite veggies and potatoes, add 1/4 cup lightly used engine oil for flavor.
Nothing better than a cocktail after dinner; battery extract, vodka, and another dash of engine oil blended with ice. Serve near-frozen with a fresh fruit slice garnish.
For dessert: Bridgestone donuts; baked with a powdered sugar glaze and served piping hot. Make sure there's plenty of napkins on the table because that melting rubber and sugar can make a mess!
