I find that mine has some clicks and rattling noises at start up, but they seem to go away once warmed up and ridden a few miles. I have a high frequency hearing loss, so it is difficult sometimes to localize the noises, but they do seem to go away when warm.
One of the things I like about this bike is that it seems to get smoother and better as you go. Kind of like me, I'm an old working fart, takes me a little while to limber up, then I'm good to go!
