I owned a Triumph Speed Four from 2004 to 2008. Not the same bike I know but same ethos.
The CB11 is the first bike I've been able to feel 'right' riding sensibly, and enjoy at the speed limit.
Because it works well at lower revs, you end up pootling along watching the sheep in the fields and the smoke from the chimneys.
With combined ABS I will never have a rear lock up and high side, so I have very little to worry about.
When the mood takes you the CB will stretch it's legs with the best of them, so it's not a slow compromise.
I'd say you can't go wrong, look forward to your verdict when you buy one!
