Stretched her legs for the first time, I didn't lose any body parts no tank slapper just smooth acceleration. 4th gear at 9000 rpm's is 132mph and 5th gear still pulls pretty hard until I buried the speedo at 140. I think the bike can do 150 without question. The bike was as smooth as can be didn't scare me at all. I did have my cut down EX shield which i tucked behind in case it decided to leave me. I did do my air-box mod today and fuel mileage is back up to 54, i think it helped because the bike was running rich.
Came home and gave her hug, did i mention how much a like this bike
Full yoshi exhaust ordered and on its way then down to PA for some dyno time.
Wow. Thanks for being the pioneer, CIP! Given the hp output from the various stock dyno runs, I was expecting a top end more in the neighborhood of 135-140 mph. Do you think the ECU flash is factor here? On the stock dyno runs, power tends to peak around 7300.
