Alright ... I actually know why some run the aggressive camber, and not because I looked into doing it. haha No seriously.
In order to run a wider rim and tire, with a lowered car, they can get away with going wider than normally allowed, by changinging the angle for clearance. To sort of "tuck" the top of the tire wheel inside the fender.
