Purchased at the end of October, around 8,500 miles now. I had a tiny, little minuscule amount of oil mist out of the top of the engine, at the valve cover prior to the valve check at 8K. Ever so slightly tightening the closest top bolt solved that, haven't see a thing sense. I've got a 2 odd chips in the black engine paint. A slight speck of rust on the triple tree (I don't hesitate to ride in the rain). There's that one cable on the right side of the engine that I had to put some electrical tape on like many other people. I managed to smudge the plastic screen near the gas gauge. Maybe I set me helmet on it wrong, I don't know. TPretty easy bie to own and live with. The only downside has been the 8K valve check, that'll come up a lot.
