Follow [url=https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AlRYSET40JT7dGtUV3VLTURNeFlhRXZiREdoaUNrWWc&gid=0]this link and, at the top of the page, you'll see a tab marked "Stats". Click on that and you should see numbers by model and country.
Out of the goodness of my heart (and because I was trying to figure out how to automate the process) I've done an analysis of the US by State.
Have fun.
Gumby,
Thank you. First of all, I'll add you to the Registry since I see you're not there yet. That changes the numbers at the start of this thread!
I'll also have a think about whether we need to distinguish the standard models as I've just done a bit of work to generate some statistics automatically. Adding another variant might complicate that.
Is it fair to say that the Canadian 2014 model is the US standard model with a Spencer Blue tank and ABS as standard? Alternatively could it be described as the Standard Japanese 2014 model with standard ABS and no colour options?
Yes, this seems to be the case:
The Canadian CB1100A is closest to the Japanese 2014 CB1100 (no suffix) with ABS and Spencer Blue tank (no colour option).
The polished & clear-coated covers for the engine, tranny, cam covers, triple tree, grab rails, etc. make it distinct (and more expensive) than the US Standard.
And, thanks again for your efforts to document and categorize our bikes.
