I've never been one to name bikes or cars. However, my CB has recently acquired a name, no thanks to me.
My wife's daughter and grandchildren have been visiting from overseas. The eldest, a girl, is currently enamoured of the 4-legged kind of horse (not the sort to frequent the lodge at Robbinsville) The CB was parked in the drive the other day while I was doing something in the garage. I went outside to find she had commandeered it. Placed on the centre stand with a rope tied to the handlebars to simulate reins and the CB's upright seating position made it an ideal vehicle (sorry) to practice some rudimentary riding skills.
The next day there was a mention of the motorcycle.
'It's not a motorcycle; it's Felicity,' my granddaughter corrected me.
Felicity, she will be.
Note: If my resurrecting this topic provokes memories, other big thread is [url=http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=6235]here.
