I see you bought a 2013, I was not sold on the new CB after riding a 13 with the 5 speed until I rode a 14 deluxe, for me big difference. I say ride it for a while, it should smooth out, get some of these http://www.casporttouring.com/cst/motorc...IPPUP.html
Did you ride it before you bought it? Break it in, my bike is smooth as silk.
