Yeah, they try to do the whole authority figure/intimidation thing sometimes. "The gall of you, asking for a lower price...I'm offended!" Which is always amusing to me...it's like, sure, somebody who sells vehicles for a living and does this 5 times a day is really going to take any particular offer as a personal insult.
