Mate, this is a very skilful ploy on the part of The Honda Corporation. Sorta like a test. Page 55 of the owners manual (Australian ed. 2010) states:
Quote:In the event of difficulty removing, or replacing, the seat, the owner should return the bike to the dealership immediately, preferably by trailer. A full refund will be given and, on leaving the dealership, that person (no longer hereforeafter referred to as the owner) should seek counselling before considering purchasing another motorcycle.
