Riding in groups?

This type of riding really bothers me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kcB4qntHZy0 as it does nothing but give other riders a bad name/image to try and get out of in other peoples (read non riders) minds.

I have no sympathy for those involved because this is the "riding culture" that they prescribe to. Unfortunately too many riders think like this now a days and it makes it difficult to have a large group ride sometimes.
