As far as the rear brake is concerned, I'd suggest having it bled. I know others in the past have reported this making a noticeable difference for them and I can tell you that the rear brake on my bike is very effective.

Thanks Guth, popgun, inline4, powderdog and everybody. Good things come to those wait but you have to work for it. I have made a lot of poor choices in my life and this was not one of them. I am much older and wiser these days and have plenty of dumb things I have done over the years to draw back on. I have been through some hard spots in life that taught me to hold on to every dollar like it was my last. I dont want to forget them either nor what it was like.
