My wife rides my bike fairly frequently and thus far, my son and I are the only ones who have dropped it. Also, it's been down three times and I've had no problems lifting it or with it restarting, contrary to comments made earlier in this thread.
I guess if she had dropped it the first time she rode it, though, she may never have ridden it again. She doesn't have any interest in owning one in any case.
