Every once in a while I come across these videos of young guys, usually with impressive beards and wearing flannel, racing their café, bobber, tracker through dirt fields, over sand, standing up on the seats. All the while laughing and having a grand ole' time. Throw in a camp fire and close up of content dirty faces, play some obscure upbeat folk music in the background, and that's pretty much how these videos tend to go. I'm not ashamed to say I actually find them amusing and fantasize what it would be like to get a bunch of my buddies together and experience all of that. But then, who's going to clean my bike afterwards?! What if I drop it?!!! And, most importantly, I can't get my facial hair to grow that well! I guess I'll stick to paved surfaces too.

Yeah, lack of shiny scratches says you didn't hit the driveway apron. The bang you felt IMO, was the suspension suddenly reaching its limit.

I bet you're right Classic. Thanksgiving must have been really good to me. Bad to my suspension but good to me. I really should lose some weight. But not yet.
