From the Honda powersports web site:
"Bonus Bucks can only be used for purchases at the dealership and must be redeemed on the date of purchase. Offer has no cash value and is not transferable."
Its money from mother Honda that can be used to lower the price of the bike. You get extra money off the price, and the dealer gets the bonus bucks money. Some dealers let you use the bonus bucks for accessories, some not.
Used as an incentive to move inventory.
