I'm so over manual transmissions (still stuck with 'em on the bikes). Trying to get unstuck in the snow was so much easier with an auto vs. manual. Commuting - ha! Automatics win hands down. Especially if forced to go through town.
Let's bring up the stress in a marriage if you try to train the wife on your stick shift. Been there, done that - would rather remodel the kitchen again!
I learned to use a stick shift on the hills of Duluth MN - winter and summer (a more practical skill set than track time.......
) and I'm good at it. But just because I have skills with a manual does not mean I prefer it. But hey, we have a choice!
Plan B. Make this a static site that we could access as a data source (maybe even linked to any of the Facebook groups for the CB). Still a lot of good information that should remain relevant for many years. Even if we can't update it.
