Rocky, our stories are very similar. When I first read about the CB1100 (2010) it, of course wasn't available in the U.S. I was still intrigued and interested. I had also acquired a 1981 CB900 which met my retro and cruiser needs and desires. But then the 1100 became available and although I didn't NEED it, I MUST HAVE it and was drawn to it and I bought one. There's nothing like modern Honda reliability. Modern brakes, electrics, fuel injection, etc and still tickles the retro desires.
