The buzziness puzzles me.
If you hold the engine speed between 2000 and 3000 rpm...the ride is fine. In 6th gear, that translates to 60 mph. Nice, fine cruise ride.
FASTER than that, and out here our speed limits are 75 mph...it does get buzzy. My concerns, aside from comfort, are that I'm not lugging it too much at the lower RPMs like that.

First inline 4, or have you had others? All my previous bikes have been variations on singles and twins. When I got my CB, I was likewise surprised at the "buzziness" that everyone else deems to be smooth. Very different than the hammer thumps I was accustomed to, but even miles later I am still not inclined to call it smooth. You do learn to appreciate it though!
