So, his next bike's going to be a Gixxer. He had a red and black one back in the day. A 750. It was a beauty. He did love that thing. I had a red and white R1 at the time and we had a lot of fun riding together.
Seeing as he still has no space in his garage, I'm not seeing this happening anytime soon though.
Anyhoo, it appears that the CB will continue staying in my garage. He knows how much I like it and he's been enjoying what I've been doing to it, so I'm pretty sure the title will be heading my way soon.
This is working out pretty good for me, which, may have been his plan all along...

Yep, i think we all know its been yours from the beginning, traveling half way across the country to pick it up, oh and then maybe I'll just ride it home
I'm surprised he has had a chance to put 3 miles on it. I recently sold a a 2010 GSXR 750, didn't much care for it, the CBR1000RR is much smoother, more comfortable and a great all around bike. The 750 is an all out track bike and likes to be over 6000 rpm's to run smooth, otherwise there is hesitation and throttle response is not smooth.
Edit: sold my 750 in 6 weeks with 1050miles on it for the CBR very poor fuel delivery
