Think it's fixable?

Anyone think the car driver's insurance company will pay to fix this or total it? I can't find a 2013 standard on sale anywhere if they total it. Hope they settle on enough to buy a 2014. The rarity of our bikes does not make me feel good about this. I walked away banged up and sore and very thankful this was a short car I could fly over.

My Miata was rear-ended by a 20 ton gravel truck at a stop light in 2019. I called my insurance company and called a local lawyer who handles these kind of claims. He got me approximately four times what I could have sold the car for BEFORE the accident. It took a few months, but they sent me to physical therapy, did an MRI, and other medical exams to make sure I was okay. The settlement paid all of that and I got what was left after the lawyer took his cut. Still a lot more than I expected. Forget about another 2013 and take your time looking for a newer, perfect CB1100. Good luck!
