That was a pretty solid hit. Glad and amazed you weren't badly injured. The bike is clearly totalled, with the frame bent back. I would not buy it back, since the desirable parts are already damaged. And your helmet and any protective gear should be included on the estimate.
And do not settle for Blue Book value. You likely will have to find and print out ads for comparable bikes. Don't settle for the price of a 2014 standard.

A quick look on Searchtempest, which looks at all editions of Craigslist shows only 4 stock 2013s, about twice as many DLX models, and about a dozen 2014 standards.
