About 80mph. How much gas do you have there, looking through your windshield looks like a far way away from any gas station. Looks like the middle of nowhere. Lol.

That's the kind of road to hit triple digits! I heard on some roads in Montana there are no speed limits Banana

then you run out of gas in the middle of nowhere

then you run out of gas in the middle of nowhere At that spot I was 16 miles from the nearest town (with dozens of gas stations).
Back in the '90s we had a "reasonable and prudent" limit which allowed people to make their own decision on what speed was safe for them considering the road conditions, weather, vehicle condition etc. That got tossed out after a few years because so many people either abused it or had no idea what "reasonable and prudent" meant.
I remember once doing 85 in my pickup on the interstate and getting passed by a Mercedes going so fast that I could only tell the make of the car and see the Minnesota plate on it. I figure he was doing 130-140.
They are now wanting to raise the limit from 75mph to 80 on the interstates between cities.
And yeah, I've been to the middle of nowhere many times but never ran out of gas!Thumbs UpCelebrate
As far as hp is concerned, if you want to go fast and feel tons of power and acceleration then get a sport bike. I ride my CB when I just want to thoroughly enjoy the ride. It is an awesome machine for that! When I want a more "spirited" ride, I take my FZ1 out for a spin.
I like my FZ1, but I LOVE my CB1100! Power isn't everything.
