Never lose money, that's the reasoning. I'm surprised they actually told you the their plan. Don't believe anything they say if it's going to cost them a penny.
The CB was my 1st bike in a long time that I actually saw and sat on before I bought it.
Knowing it's the shop grunts that do the uncrating and prep work, I looked mine over, up down and sideways.
ALWAYS check any work done............. they are always in to much of a hurry.
