Ethical issues for sure. IMHO it's not on you it's clearly on the dealer, you simply pointed out a legitimate problem. I would have thought they would just file a warranty claim and be reimbursed. I would avoid them in the future for everything...if they're willing to do that to someone, I wonder what they might do to you. You might be left wondering....Did they really put synthetic oil in or just charge me for it.
