Walked into the dealer at 4PM to order parts. Passed the marked down '14 Standard on the way to the parts counter. Five minutes of math (cost of new parts + value of old bike – purchase price of new bike = holy smokes a number closer to zero than I thought), 20 minutes to confirm trade value with sales manager and five more minutes to argue about whether or not the super-duper blowout internet price could be done with a trade (it could, or it was back to the parts counter) and done deal. So, let's call it about 30 minutes.
