A buddy took a similar trailer (I think it may be slightly larger) and set it up to transport his larger telescopes. He also set up the inside for camping. A hammock on the side that folds down (so you have full width for storage), 2-3" foam from a fabric depot (I went with 3 but suspect 2 would have been fine - better than most hotel mattresses) and the sleeping bit is golden.
Add some power as needed for a laptop or TV, LED lights for midnight pee breaks, spare tire holder, perhaps a gas range and some vent fans - gee, just add some indoor/outdoor carpet and you'll be in the lap of luxury!
Of course you need to add things for the bike like a chemical station for lubes and cleaning. Some tools for basic wrenching and tire fixing and trailer fixing.
Oooh! Add one of those fancy 12V coolers! Cold beverages! Cold cuts! Ice!
