IMO, unless you are extremely short, don't expect the Dart nor the Road Comet to shield you completely. When I first bought and rode my naked CB on the highway I was tired of being strongly pushed backward. The pressure was forceful and at my stomach to chest level. Straight back, no turbulent buffeting.
I put on the Road Comet and now there is still wind, but it's now at my lower shoulder/collarbone level, and it's all spread out and feels much lighter, no strong force. BTW- I'm exactly 6' tall.
So, I can see how if you're just the right height, you may get wind under your helmet.
