6'6", stock bike, no issues whatsoever. I don't plan on using this bike for any IBA SaddleSore 1000's, but for 4-5 hour Sunday rides, it's perfect.
Speaking of the Moto Guzzi V7 as an alternative, I owned a V7 Classic for a few years. One of my favorite bikes of all time. It's more diminutive than a CB1100 and, in my opinion, not the best choice for tall riders if you want to do long rides, but perfectly satisfying for shorter jaunts. The lowered pegs on the new V7II don't make a significant difference. But the handling of the V7C was sublime and on a twisty road, it would spank a CB1100. Just a lovely motorcycle.
