I was sold as soon as I saw the 4-into-1 exhaust. Next best thing to a CB400F (plus it's not 40 years old!).
Boy you said a mouth full. I'm 68 and by now not a lot moves me the way it use to
But great things still happen and when I purchased my 2013 with only 4400 miles on it for only $6500 with all the upgrades and ABS....that moved me
When I was a kid I saved for two years, I'm talking lunch money, grass cutting, christmas gifts, you name it, to purchase a Cushman Eagle with chain drive. When I finally got the money to buy it Christmas came early that June. I have the exact same feeling right now about the Honda CB1100. When people come on these forums they probably think we are crazy but to me, even though these bikes are not U.S. they represent a simple time in our history that was good. Life was simple then and every one knew what was expected of them, what is acceptable and what was not.
CB360T is exactly right, this bike is a work of art. Wish I knew how to send the honda designers a note, I would thank them
