Two evenings ago I pulled up behind a Ford Exploder in a left turn lane when a Jock Rocket pulled up behind me. I was certain he was there as he checked several times to ensure the engine was still spinning. We all turned left onto a four lane and I drop in behind the Ford. The Rocket screams passed us both in the other lane, with his left turn signal flashing until a mile later he turned right onto a different road. The motor on that machine had a pronounced mis-fire, it sorta sounded like an old two-cycle from years ago. I did notice that after he passed us that he slowed down; I guess the T-shirt didn’t feel all that great in the 60% temperature here in Virginia. But he did have horsepower. I think he thought we thought he was something, and he was something.
