I originally purchased a Joe Rocket tank bag. The magnets on that bag were so powerful that it was hard to install or remove without slapping or scraping the tank. By comparison, the Ogio magnets are much smaller, making it easier to avoid any damage. But they still do the job of holding the bag in place.
Thanks for this pic, CB4. Not only the gas cap is unobstructed but it seems like the bag's footprint would fall entirely within the TANK SLAPPER panels, thus not in direct contact with the paint.
