Ralph, check this pic out of Ferret's bike: http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread....9#pid11549 I have a Cortech mounted like that and the Givi. The Cortech lets me do what you said about quick access to glasses, etc.

The drawback is you feel like you are mounting a horse when you get on
It works for me, but I set close to the tank. Might not if you sit back.

Thanks, popgun Thats a real nice setup. I'm gonna check into that. I got so used to reaching forward and unzipping the windshield pouch I sometimes still start to do it
