First of all, the car - it was the rare Laguna S3 variant with the slant nose grille.
As I was trying to keep low in the carnival to avoid the police, who were looking for me, I noticed a guy robbing the burrito stand. There were a bunch of freshly made, hot, greasy burritos, and I grabbed them and threw them at the robber to subdue him. This caused quite a commotion, which drew the police over to the scene. They decided to let me go due to my quick thinking in foiling the robbery, but unfortunately did not let me keep the car.
