Wow Hiram. I just joined the forum today because I'm on the hunt for a used CB1100. You're in my neck of the woods, moved down to Miami from Philly a year ago.
I was thinking of doing a trip down to Rio next year with my wife for a conference but was getting a little nervous about Brazil and the crime down there. Reading your story makes me feel like a total wimp!!!
