I'm finally up and walking. Not quite back to normal, but I feel much better. That was miserable!!
I'll try the Epley Maneuver after I finish up some work. Supposed to get a call back to go to a phys therapist to get moved around like that. Haven't gotten the call yet though...
Oh, I think the ER doctor did that to me while I was in the hospital. Or some form of that. Made me feel really dizzy at the time. I've been doing exercises at home where you tilt and rotate your head in certain directions. Not sure if they're helping, but I'm getting better.
