I tend to agree that many, perhaps most bike accidents are the fault of the motorcycle rider. Usually it's riding outside of ones skill level, or riding like a jerk, or taking chances that one shouldn't take. But to say that ALL accidents are the fault of the biker makes absolutely no sense to me because, at the very least, it's impossible to prove.
