MacKillop, Alf Gasparro, and Kevin Williams are the founders of No Surprise: No Accident – an initiative proposing that motorcycle crashes are largely a product of prediction failures.'

I can definitely agree with some of the points they make, especially re predicting scenarios in traffic. I know of a couple people who had accidents with cars, or near misses, that they probably should have seen coming.
