Beautiful bike! 
It definitely has the Combined-ABS system like my '13. I can see 2 brake lines going to the right front 3-pot caliper and the ABS sensor ring on the front wheel. However, my '13 C-ABS CB has the blacked out engine and my front sprocket cover is dark plastic while yours looks like polished aluminum.
