yep big problem everywhere. Illegal to do in Ohio as well and I see people doing it all the time. The other day I saw a lady driving with her eyes closed while she sprayed her hair with hair spray, 2 or 3 big circles around her head. I thought really lady? Beside not being able to see where you are going, you are spraying that sticky stuff all over the interior of your car?
