Hey, JD, I can't help with much of this, but there's an NC tax calculator [url=https://edmv.ncdot.gov/TaxEstimator]here which will give you some guidance wit the tax component of the cost.

Hey Cormanus thanks for the link to the DMV website, but that is for property taxes which is a yearly thing to pay (Most likey when renewing tags) and values goes down as years pass by.

I'm looking for the purchase taxes on the final documentation at purchase time.
