Yes they do. After buying a bike I check them here at home as soon as I unload it off the trailer. What times I've traded, or were dropped off, and ride the new bike home I bring along a pencil gauge. Actually it's been quite a while since I had to have them add air, generally they're inflated at the tires maximum and after riding some I reduce pressure a bit for riding solo w/o luggage.
