yea looking at that Aprilia by the numbers - only 659cc with max power @ 10,500 rpm and max tq at 8500 rpm pretty much says she aint gonna have a whole lotta bottom end...
I just got off a Monster 1100 EVO that also made 100 hp but having twice the displacement its max power was below 8k and max tq below 6k which made for a 4000-8000 rpm powerband and a whole lotta fun
