I just looked it up on youtube for you. You could try running the bike until pipes get hot. Turn bike off, then spray easy off oven cleaner on effected area, wait 5 minuted then scrape off with a non abraisive putty knife. Plastic or wood or something that wont leave scratches. Maybe just try wiping off with rags. Do not over spray on anything else. Make sure you cover up other stuff. Then polish with a metal polish. Look it up and watch it yourself before you try it. I did not try myself, im only passing on what i researched. From the video it looked like it work very well on chrome pipes.
