This is why the dirt-riding background comes in real handy. The TC is built in to the right hand already, as well as ABS. That is if the rider really got out and learned to be aggressive in the dirt.
Whacking the throttle open on this bike can be very surprising. Not a beginner's bike in any sense.
Even without stainless lines and HH pads the brakes are very powerful as well.
Anyone pondering buying a bike these days without a lot of dirt riding experience NEEDS both TC and ABS and even then the learning curve gets steep.
One also does not need a 540-lb bike when practicing parking lot maneuvers. Not a confidence-builder.
