Is this going to be a regular rally or a Not-a-Rally? We do both for the Guzzi folks. E.g. we have a Guzzi Not-a-Rally in May so it's the AZNAR. The organizer has looked at Zazzle.com but looking at a second source right now (I don't have the name but I'll share it when I find out)
For the adventure Guzzi bike rally a couple years ago in Nevada there was a map graphic with a star over Ely Nevada, our location along with a bike icon on the back. In front, just a small graphic and date. That turned out pretty good.
For the blue shirt above, my suggestion, for the back, put the RLETS Ride on time (Rally name), smaller font under it "cb1100Forum.com". In the front, to me, along with the text, it's begging for some kind of graphic like an engine (good luck finding one!!) or bike. Doesn't have to be big, some sort of symbol or art work.
