Why would anyone part out a perfectly good CB1100?

After my partner had been a tech for years and I had spent time in the vintage world you can sometimes buy a
old junk bike that has one or two parts in good shape that can't be had anywhere else. These parts can be sold
for more then the price of the bike if you can find the people looking for them.
