I had to have my valve cover gasket replaced under warranty. Since the clock was over 7K, the dealer suggested to do the valve inspection while the cover was off.
Seemed like a good idea.
But when I was quoted nearly $500 and after reading most of the owners here didn't need an adjustment at the first 8K interval, I declined.
