I can't see what the plug end looks like but it either for a battery tender/12v accessories or for heated gear. Pull the cap off of the end. if it's round, it's probably for heated gear. if it's a prong and a hole, it's for a battery tender, although you can buy other things like a usb charger that will fit on the end.
