Try LidPicker.com. It's affiliated with MotorcycleGear.com. They send you a kit to measure your noggin and you post it up on their site with the access code they send you. Within a couple days you get a detailed report of how each model will fit you, including ideal shapes and sizes.

I bought a Shoei Qwest based on their measurements. It fits perfectly - if a tad bit more snug - but I think the Arai Quantum I had before had gotten a little loose fitting after 8 years.
